Returns Policy

Products can be returned in their original, undamaged condition within 30 days of receipt. Products used or damaged by the customer are non-refundable.

To request a return, please send an email to

aw-ah@outlook.com , stating the reason for the return and attaching photos or videos of the product. Once approved, we'll send you the address of the nearest fulfillment center where you can send the product.

Please include a Track & Trace number with your return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. We do not provide return labels and will not reimburse your shipping costs.

After receiving your package, we will inspect the product and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please follow the instructions above carefully to avoid any issues or delays with your refund.


Our returns policy only covers manufacturing defects, not:

  • Accidental damage
  • Incorrect care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Deterioration of colours and materials due to exposure to sunlight
  • Returns/exchanges of products that have been in contact with water will not be accepted.


You can get your money back if:

  • The product you purchased is not in order.
  • You have not received the product within 60 working days.


Comments:

* The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bodysuits, creams, shampoos, patches, and all other body products. Due to new hygiene regulations, we can no longer accept these after use.

* Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

* Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

* The customer will not be charged more than the shipping costs (this includes return shipping).


Didn't receive a refund?
Please note that we will refund you the purchase amount after your refund request is approved, meaning the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be processed. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before your refund is posted, sometimes up to 30 days.
